Earth Bag House in Haiti Nears Completion

I have followed with interest the construction of this earth bag house in Haiti. I love the detail of the sun! I suspect these massive earthen walls will be delightfully cool shelter for the tropical environment.

Not only a builder with earth, Father Marc does incredible work in Haiti gathering children from the streets and caring for them. Visit his site at: Hope in Haiti.

    Hi,

I have just started a blog on earth friendly housing to encourage people to think about that alternative. I want to show a lot of pictures to help people imagine what the possibilities are. I would appreciate pictures of the cob house you are referring to in your blog. Please include any relevant information you’d like to see and also what you’d like shown in the credits section.

The blog is at http://www.risingseas.blogspot.com. And please don’t hesitate to take the survey!

    Thanks a million!

    Sali
